Here at MyChampionPage, we get asked a few questions from time to time:

  1. Can I use my own domain on the platform?
  2. How did you guys end up so ridiculously good looking?
  3. Does this platform support blogging?

Today, let’s take a moment to answer question #3.

If you’re looking for the answer to #1, we wrote an article about that earlier…read it here. And if you’re looking for the answer to #2, well…we’ll have to get to that one later.

So yes, once in a while, we get asked about blogging. Understandable, because blogs are really hot right now and a great way to share content. So…do we have a built in blog?

Here’s the short answer: No, but you can use the menu system to link out to an independent blog of your own.

We created MyChampionPage to be a closed landing page system, so that you don’t have to worry about anything else like creating much content or writing blogs. However, if you so choose to have a blog (not a bad idea at all, as long as you’re consistent and producing quality posts), we have some simple steps you can take to create your own blog using WordPress, and link out to it.

If you already have your own blog, great! Just add your blog address as a link in your Menu within MyChampionPage. If you don’t have a blog, but would really like to set one up, read on…

First, we recommend heading to Setting up a blog is free, and it’s a user friendly platform. In fact, you’ll notice a lot of the interface looks really familiar to MyChampionPage (we use a premium, tricked-out version of WordPress as the foundation for MyChampionPage).

Create your account, pick out a good domain, and start customizing as you see fit. No need to go too crazy here…you’re going to be using this as a platform to blog, but remember that your MyChampionPage site is the catch all. As long as you have an attractive home page, your blog can be simple and clean.

Then, take your domain and add it as a link in your Menu. If our menu system is new to you, watch our video about Menus here.

Now start creating posts in your new WordPress blog – a new post or two a week should be a good place to start, but find a rhythm that works for you.

Also think about what type of thing you’ll post about. Recipes? Results? Business Tips? Be you, be real, be consistent, stay in compliance with AdvoCare policies ( no claims, exaggeration, etc), and have fun with it.

You can use other platforms as well, like Tumblr, or any other blogging platform. Just remember to add it as a link in your MCP menu.

So to recap:

  1. Set up a free blog at (or other platform you’re comfortable with)
  2. Link to it in your MyChampionPage Menu
  3. Commit to consistency and quality content
  4. Stay “safe” and compliant with your wording

Have fun! Can’t wait to read your blog posts about the lives you’re changing and people you’re helping.
